英矽智能（Insilico Medicine）是一家由端到端人工智能驱动的创新药物研发公司，基于生成对抗网络（GANs）、深度强化学习（RL）、预训练模型（Transformers）和其他机器学习技术，识别靶点并生成具有特定属性分子结构的候选药物。公司于2021年6月，完成2.55亿美元C轮融资，并已与来自欧洲、美洲和亚洲地区的超过30家领先生物医药公司达成合作。

实验研究员（主管）

(上海/苏州) 

职责：

实验室及实验方法组建:

1、建立NGS，包括但不限于样本处理、质量控制、文库构建和样品测序；

2、在目标验证的早期阶段建立高通量细胞筛选方法；

3、建立化合物筛选的常规分析方法；

4、建立标准实验流程和质量控制流程，确保实验数据的质量。

要求:

1、至少3年在NGS实验室工作经验或有细胞培养工作经验，不限于原代细胞、细胞系、mESC和iPSC；

2、熟悉各种生物样品处理方法，如全血、血浆、冷冻组织、FFPE组织、组织切片等；

3、熟悉筛选技术，如HCA、细胞染色、细胞成像、荧光、FRET、TaqMan、MSD、ELISA、FACS等；

4、熟悉CRISPR/Cas9等基因编辑技术；

5、熟悉Illumina、MGI、10x基因组学和其他测序仪的操作；

6、有自动液体处理或其他类型工作站经验者优先；

7、有分析开发和验证经验，化合物筛选优先；

背景：

1、生物学、遗传学、药学硕士或相关专业硕士以上学历；

2、硕士五年以上工作经验，博士2年以上工作经验；

3、熟练的英语读写能力；

4、有CAP或15189认证实验室工作经验者优先；

5、了解机器学习相关背景者优先。

自动化工程师（主管）

(苏州) 

职责：

设置自动化实验室和流程

1、根据内部生物过程和实验需求，为实验室自动化寻找创造性的解决方案；

2、设计实验室自动化流程和布局；

3、参与订购实验自动化设备；

4、设备集成、调试和定制，包括机械、电气、机器人操作系统和机器人控制；

要求：

1、3年以上机械自动化、电气控制、机器人控制工程相关工作经验；

2、在软件公司、生物技术及相关行业具有丰富的生物实验室设备集成经验；

3、较强的CAD设计、PLC编程、ROS编程能力、SCADA集成平台经验优势；

4、了解LIMS系统者优先；

5、了解物联网和边缘计算者优先；

背景：

1、机械工程、电气工程、自动化或相关专业本科学历；高级学位优先；

2、熟悉生物技术设备，有自动化工作站集成经验者优先；

3、具备生物学、生物化学和NGS测序知识者优先；

(资深)招聘专员

(苏州) 

职责：

1、根据招聘计划，实施招聘全流程，包括与业务部门沟通招聘需求，搜索、筛选简历及安排面试和录用；

2、定期进行招聘数据分析，制定招聘报表；

3、协助建立和完善公司的招聘流程及体系，以及搭建、维护人才库；

4、负责维护和开发各类招聘渠道，审核、发布与更新公司招聘信息，满足公司招聘需要；

5、上级交办的其他工作。

要求:

1、人力资源管理、生物技术等相关专业全日制本科及以上学历；

2、3年以上人力资源管理相关工作经验，2年以上招聘经验，有医药研发、CRO或互联网行业工作经验优先；

Insilico Medicine is a pioneer and hasmultiple global collaborations in the application of next-generation AItechnologies to enable the generation of novel molecular structures withdesired properties.

In 2021, demonstrated the first case of AIidentifying a novel target for a major pulmonary disease, generating novelmolecules for that novel target, and completing the preclinical experimentsrequired to nominate a preclinical candidate in under 18 months.
In 2021, Insilico medicine has closed a$255 million Series C.

(Manager of) Lab scientist

(Suzhou/Shanghai) 

Automation based biology laboratory setup:

1、Establish NGS, including but not limited topre-processing, quality control, library construction and sample sequencing;

2、Establish high-throughput cell-based screeningin early phase target validation;

3、Establish routine assays for compoundscreening;

4、Establish the standard operating proceduresand quality control process to ensure the quality of experimental data.

Qualifications:

1、Experiences of working in NGS Lab for at least 3 years or experiences of working on cell culture, not limited to primary cells, cell lines, mESC andiPSC;

2、Familiar with various biological sampleprocessing methods, such as whole blood, plasma, frozen tissue, FFPE tissue,tissue section, etc;

3、Familiar with screening techniques, such asHCA, custom cell-paints, CellProfiler, fluorescence, luminescence, FRET,TaqMan, MSD, ELISA, FACS, etc;

4、Familiar withCRISPR/Cas9 and related technology;

5、Familiar with theoperation of Illumina, MGI, 10x genomics and other sequencers;

6、Familiar with theconstruction of NGS library;

7、Familiar with PCRtechnology and the principle of NGS technology;

8、Experience ofautomated liquid handling or other types of workstation is preferred;

9、Experience inassay development and validation, compound screening is preferred.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

1、MS or above inBiology, Genetics, Pharmaceutical Science or Pharmacology related;

2、Workingexperience in CAP or 15189 certified laboratories is preferred;

3、Excellent writtenand verbal English communication skills is a plus;

4、Knowledge ofimage-based ML is a plus;

5、Knowledge of NGSis a plus.

(Manager of) Lab automation engineer

(Suzhou) 

Setup automation lab and process

1、Finding creativesolution for lab automation based on internal bioprocess and experimentalneeds;

2、Design laboratoryautomation process and layout;

3、Orderingexperimental automation equipment;

4、Equipmentintegration, debugging and customization, including mechanical, electrical,robot operating system and robot control;

Qualifications:

1、Minimum of 3years of relevant experience in mechanical automation, electrical control androbot control engineering;

2、Strong experiencewith biolab equipment integration in software companies, biotech and relatedindustry;

3、Strong CADdesign, PLC programming, ROS programming skills, SCADA integration platformexperience in advantage;

4、Understanding ofLIMS development (prior LIMS software development in a company) is preferred;

5、IoT and edgecomputing knowledge and practice is preferred;

6、Lead projects ingood manufacturing practices and be able to complete tasks with high quality;

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

1、Bachelor's degreein Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering, automation or related isrequired; advanced degree preferred;
